She will make a wonderful addition to any family as she loves the whole world and everyone and everything in it.
Scramble loves cats but she may love them a little too much.  She wants them to play with her and she will chase and try to get them to interact with her which most cats do NOT appreciate.  So either she needs a cat free home or a home with a cat that is used to interacting with friendly dogs.
