The puppies are eating.
The little monsters were 5 weeks old yesterday and are getting into EVERYTHING!!!! Which of course puppies should be doing.
They started sampling their mother’s BARF at about 3 weeks or so and while still nursing some they are really eating as well. Last night they grabbed some chicken necks that I had cut in thirds and had a ball. They chewed and played and “guarded” their necks for several hours, and they even managed to eat some of it as well.

This is the little boy who was only about 1.8 ounces at birth. He is doing great and does everything a 5 week old puppy should do and then some.
This is the bitch we are hoping to keep.
And last but not least the red sable boy who is the sweetest puppy you’d ever want to meet.
